Local resident Gola B. (Gray) Matheson died March 22, 2011.

She was born July 12, 1919, in Goodhope, Mo. She was a retired nurse, having worked at the Enumclaw hospital, and was a member of Family Life Center (Church of God) in Auburn.

She is survived by son Duane Cameron and wife Linda of Enumclaw; daughters Marion (Cameron) Zanoni of New Hampshire, Linda Wright and husband Heath of Seymour, Miss., and Patty (Matheson) Perkins of North Plains, Okla.; sister Mable Johnson of San Jose, Calif.; and numerous grandchildren great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husband Edgar Matheson, son Dale Cameron Sr., brother Dale Gray and grandsons Fred Wright and Dale Cameron Jr.

A service took place at noon Monday, March 28, at the Family Life Center in Lakeland Hills, with the Rev. Paul Allison officiating.

Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor’s choice.
