Thomas Harry Peter Michael William Walter Edward O’Connor died July 9, 2018, in Puyallup. He was 83.

He was born July 18, 1934, in Bensenville, Illinois, to John and Thelma O’Connor. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps, was stationed at Camp Pendleton and, following his service, designed custom homes in Bartlett, Illinois, before moving his family to Buckley in 1979. He retired in 1996 from Flow Systems in Kent, where he worked as a tool designer. In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking and traveling throughout the United States.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Evie O’Connor of Buckley; son John O’Connor (Sheli) of Buckley; daughter Lynn Dieringer (Jeff) of Moses Lake, Washington; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
