Clothes make the man (and woman) | Shiers

The Donald Loomis Memorial Clothing Bank has been helping dress Plateau residents for three decades.

Frank Shiers, Jr. is a longtime King County resident and has drawn political cartoons for over forty years. He creates at least four cartoons a week, which are published in a dozen newspapers.
