In other recent sports news, Enumclaw High welcomed four new inductees into the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame during ceremonies the evening of Feb. 9. Added to the honored list were longtime, groundbreaking coach Alda McNeeley, the 2008 state champion girls’ golf team and the 2012 state champion girls’ gymnastics squad. The Hornet-Hornet girls' game was contested Thursday and the boys tussled the following evening; both victories went to the home-court Enumclaw teams. Enumclaw’s girls team has only lost once.
