Dig, baby, dig.

Neely Mansion is hosting three archaeology workshops this weekend to learn how those in the profession conduct a dig.

The free event features King County Historic Preservation Program Archaeologist Phil LeTourneau, who is currently digging at the historic building. He will explain the methods and techniques he is employing at the dig, and then give a tour.

There are two remaining sessions on Saturday, May 20, at 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. (the Friday session is filled). To attend, reserve a space by calling 253-927-4250. Space is limited.
