Enumclaw’s Dana Meeks said his Harley’s 600 horsepower was pulling like a rocket Saturday and Sunday as he raced with the All Harley Drag Racing Association (AHDRA) in Norwalk, Ohio. Meeks, last season’s Rookie of the Year, ran a personal best quarter-mile pass of 6.696 seconds. The record for that class, pro fuel, is 6.525 seconds. It was Meeks’ first pass more than 200 mph, 203.03 to be exact. Not bad for someone who hasn’t been on the bike since October at Rockingham, N.C.
