Cedar River Academy’s Young Entrepreneurs Club, the CRA Ultrapreneurs, have launched its first product for distribution and sale.

Cedar River Academy’s Young Entrepreneurs Club, the CRA Ultrapreneurs, have launched its first product for distribution and sale. ThunderBall is a hand-eye coordination game designed for kids 4 and older. The handmade game is created using western red cedar, a nylon string and a soft rubber ball.

ThunderBall is played by holding the game paddle near the end of the handle, swinging the string-attached ball up and trying to get the ball in the holes. The holes are labeled with points. The goal is to get 45 points. Players can’t get higher than 45 or have to start all over again.

ThunderBall may be purchased at the Enumclaw Cedar River Academy office, from any CRA Ultrapreneure, or ordered on the club’s Web site, http://www.cedarriveracademy.com/YEC/ThunderBall.php for $7.95 plus shipping and handling. All profits from company operations are distributed equally to individual students. Half of these distributions are expected to be deposited in the student’s personal college funds. ‚Ä®The CRA Young Entrepreneurs Club provides real experiences to Cedar River Academy students in the creation and operation of small businesses. Beginning with third grade, all CRA students are members of CRA Ultrapreneurs. The club meets once every week to learn about operating a company and to define, manufacture and distribute their company’s products.
