The city of Buckley is looking for residents' opinions to help put together its comprehensive plan.

The city is extending its comprehensive plan survey until Feb. 15. City Administrator Dave Schmidt said so far, the city has had good response from citizens, but would like to hear from more.

Officials are compiling the information for the UW Master Planning class that is helping the city work on its comprehensive plan updates.

The questions of the survey are:

€ What kind of businesses would you like to see move into Buckley?

€ Where should they be located?

€ What can we do to help bring business into town?

€ What do you want to see happen to the property on the Railroad Right of Way?

€ What type of recreational facilities would you like to see developed in Buckley? ie. playgrounds, soccer fields, baseball fields, swimming pool, etc.

€ What type of passive recreational facilities would you like to see? ie. trails, bird watching, wildlife viewing, etc.

€ What do you see as the most pressing need in Buckley?

€ Other comments?

Residents can pick up forms at Buckley City Hall or fill out the survey at the city's Web site at www.cityofbuckley.com
