Downtown Enumclaw was given over to celebrating the salmon Saturday, as visitors to the inaugural Enumclaw Salmon Festival strolled through educational displays, listened to live music and sampled tasty treats. A youngster exits "FIN, The Migrating Salmon," a 25-foot educational display that teaches about salmon habitat. Those who cared to venture from downtown were shuttled to a stretch of Newaukum Creek for a first-hand look at spawning salmon.
