Fire departments recruiting

The Enumclaw/King No. 28 and Buckley fire departments are now accepting applications for those interested in becoming volunteer firefighters.

Applications can be picked up at either the Buckley or Enumclaw fire stations and can be returned there as well, or through the mail.

The fire departments receive applications for volunteer firefighters just once a year, and training is arranged accordingly. Applications can be submitted until Nov. 15.
